01 Viewings and test drives

Viewing strictly by appointment only. All vehicles are kept in secure off site storage. Please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice to arrange a viewing.​ Test drives maybe permitted under certain circumstances and with suitable insurance cover. Viewing is always highly recommended.

 

02 Preparation of cars for sale

Where necessary, cars are HPI checked, professionally inspected, serviced and prepared for sale in a methodical way giving new owners secure peace of mind.

03 Inspections

Any inspection is welcome and are available through the AA/RAC or independent professionals.

 

Porsche inspections

For the past 10 years I have been working closely with Robin McKenzie owner of Auto Umbau Porsche specialist in Bedford with whom I enjoy a great relationship. For a full inspection quote countrywide please use the contact me page and I will put you in direct contact with Robin or more locally, Porsche specialists Williams Crawford in Saltash or Braunton engineering.

04 Service work

Service work is outsourced to a few different trusted organisations here in Bude as well as specialists Auto Umbau Porsche in Bedford and Williams Crawford in Devon.

Braunton engineering in North Devon have also looked after service work and all have a deep knowledge of Porsche cars as well as many other classics.

I also use respected Land Rover specialists for outsourcing more technical service work as required.

 

05 Finance Options

I am unable to offer finance directly but recommend Oracle finance and can put you in touch directly with an account manager should you require this service.

06 Warranty

Can be discussed on each car on an individual basis and subject to our normal terms and conditions. Purchase of Autoguard aftermarket warranties can also be arranged if vehicles qualify. 

Depending on the nature of the sale you are protected under the consumer rights act (excludes cars being advertised/sold on a consignment basis on behalf of the owner or vehicles sold trade to trade)

07Collection and delivery

Please give at least 2 days notice before collection of your car.

I have links to reliable transport providers and can provide competitive quotes for delivery to most UK, European and worldwide destinations.

 

08 Thinking of selling?

Outright purchase or consignment sale available

If you have an interesting classic or modern for sale or you would like to discuss selling a car on a consignment/commission basis please get in touch. I am always on the lookout to purchase lovely examples but equally I have many satisfied customers that I have sold cars on their behalf, thus taking the stress and time out of the equation and return good results for the owners.

09 PX deals 

Will be considered. As I am only a small independent it is not always possible to take cars as a px deal. 

10Photos and Video files

Where possible I always aim to provide a series of over 200 photos and include video walk arounds of each vehicle or upon request can provide a direct FaceTime chat with the car. Where possible, images are taken in natural light and are not subject to enhancements. I aim to capture all areas of the vehicles and show any imperfections to the best of my ability.

11Remote sales

With the current changes to the way people have been buying vehicles i.e online auction platforms and the many "deliver to you door" services now on offer I have experienced many more of my customers buying vehicles from images, video and good old fashioned phone conversations without actually coming to view the car in person. Whilst I always advocate coming to see what you are buying, I also realise, time, distance and other priorities can be a factor in todays crazy busy world.

With this in mind I offer as much reassurance as possible so remote buyers have the confidence to commit to a purchase knowing that if they were ultimately dissatisfied, we are able to discuss considerate work around solutions to ensure everyone is happy and expectations are met.

12 Bespoke build Land Rovers

I work closely with a friend based in Exeter who has been building classic Series Land Rovers for the past 15 years. They are built from the ground up and are full nut and bolt restorations and can be bespoke builds to your own colour, specifications etc as required. Please get in touch if you wish to discuss your build.

 

13 Where the heck is Cornwall?

We are based in the amazing seaside town of Bude on the North Cornish coast. It's a great place to visit with some amazing roads and epic scenery. Easily accessible by road, rail, bus and air. Just over an hours drive from Exeter main train station or Okehampton station around 35 mins away with it's countrywide links, Exeter St Davids station is only 2.5 hours from London. Newquay airport is only an hour away and Exeter airport 1hr 30 mins drive.

 

Why not make a weekend of it?

I can arrange accommodation at a selection of great hotels and B&B's in the local area and can assist with travel plans, rail and airport collections and shuttle services to make coming to see a car as easy as possible.
