1978 Land Rover Series 3 88" 2.25 petrol £34,995
A lovely fully restored Series 3 in period correct pastel green that has been subject to a full professional detailed restoration just a few years ago and has benefitted from continual maintenance and investment mainly by well know specialists Land Rover centre Huddersfield.
The history file shows detailed invoices for a very extensive mechanical overhaul in 2019/2020 including a new 5 bearing recon engine and ancillaries as well as a gearbox overhaul and rebuild totalling well over £12,000 with an original purchase invoice from Land Rover Huddersfield in 2017.
This Land Rover had been in the same family since it was 6 months old and for a full 37 years thereafter before being subject to the extensive restoration work.
