Design classics

Design classics come in many different forms and applied functionality. I generally like stuff that looks good or performs a function extremely well. Here is a selection of stuff I like, have previously sold, want or currently have for sale!!

The Karuselli is one of the most famous lounge chairs in the world.
A true design classic and bum comfy to boot.
Rescued from a shed and given a new
lease of life. Fresh chrome, rejuvenated
original leather and finely polished the fibre glass shell.
Stealth Bond villains only.

Designer: Yrjö Kukkapuro

Pre Tag, A Heuer (Monnin)1614

This is the "French Made" model made for Heuer by G. Monnin.

This retro chronograph was one of a few French made models available at the time, and is powered by an excellent Valjoux 7765 mechanism.

Highly Collectable with increasingvalue.

Nike blazers 1983. Classic Nike style and progress from the earlier models. All leather uppers. These were my go to basketball sneakers that I used to shoot hoops for the school team.

I sold these on ebay for quite a bit of money for a very old pair of my used sneakers!

Since its release in 1978, SL-1200MK2 and its successors were the most common turntable for DJing and scratching.

Not that I'm any good at either, I just love the simplicity and the feel of using them to play my vinyl "loud".

The OG "Wheels of Steel".
